"Will the phrase "I don't know" trigger slime even in Japanese?"
19-year-old Japanese girl Kahiru visits the doctor complaining that she keeps getting slimed whenever she says a certain phrase. The doctor presses her to tell him what it is, so she tells him (in Japanese): "I don't know." Of course she is immediately smothered in green slime.
The doctor is intrigued, and asks her a lot of questions to which she doesn't know the answers, so she ends up saying "I don't know" quite a few times--each time getting slimed in green or pink.
The doctor's modern remedies include pies thrown in her face, pies "gently" smushed in her face, a pie sandwich, blue pies thrown in her face, chocolate syrup poured on her face and honey poured on her feet--all done after Kahiru strips down to her cute bikini underwear! Of course, after each treatment, they have to check if it worked, so she says the magic words and gets slimed each time.
The treatment that finally works is chocolate syrup poured on her feet--but instead of slime hitting her when she says "I don't know" she gets doused with water upon saying "thank you." But it's OK because the doctor knows how to treat that too...
Sound like a lot of mess? It is. Also, Kahiru's Japanese is all subtitled in English.
