Mai and Maria are together again and this time Mai isn't just starring, she's the writer and director of the scene, too! Well, I helped a little. Mai gave me the story and I wrote the English dialogue. The video starts with a short interview of Mai and Maria, where Mai explains her idea for the story. It's a comedy sketch with Mai as an eye doctor who wants to trick her high school girl patient into getting messy--and she succeeds wonderfully. Maria is the high school girl in her sailor uniform and white socks. Eye doctor Mai has her reading from charts that get her pied in the face with white whipped cream, then pink, then blue. Next Maria gets obliterated with pink slime, then blue, then orange. However, she doesn't just take her new prescription for glasses and go without getting revenge first.

Mai is wearing a dress shirt and tie, a white doctor's coat, a grey-blue skirt, and glasses. Before Maria slaps the first cream pie in her face, Mai has already taken off her sandals and black knee-socks, so she's already barefoot when she gets hit with white cream, blue cream, orange slime, and pink slime.

After the sketch there are a few minutes of foot footage for the foot fans. First is a bit from the middle of the shoot, before Mai gets pied. Both girls peel off their long socks and goof around in the cream and slime on the floor with their feet. That's followed by a bit shot at the very end when Maria has gone to take a shower. Mai--now very messy all over--finds a large slime bucket that still has a couple inches of slime in it, and she not only sticks her feet in the slime and shows them off, she then actually steps into the bucket with both feet and stands in it with the slime up to her ankles. And the whole time she has this sexy smile because she knows what it's doing to me.
